KC is a pro. We are friends on a personal basis as well, but she does an excellent job at selling real estate, understanding the market, pricing properties for fast and over-asking sales and her marketing is the best I've seen. KC's marketing is great. She does Broker open houses within and outside of her office, MLS listing goes up right away and open houses are scheduled the first week of putting the house on the market. I also appreciate the professional photography she used to help sell the house before anyone has seen it. She's excellent. KC is always there if you need her. She also dealt with the Fire department for inspections, final billing and even paid a bill for me when I was out of town. KC is the best. I've already given her name to another person since the sale of my home.
